DESCRIPTION
Peel Stop® is a clear, flexible bridging sealer for surfaces where peeling, flaking, dusting or chalking is a problem. Use indoors or out to form a breathable membrane over questionable or faulty substrates. Peel Stop® tightly bonds to old paint and problem areas forming a sound surface for new paint. Peel Stop® forms a tough acrylic film that stays flexible and helps prevent peeling by letting moisture escape. A clear sealer, Peel Stop® works like nothing else to stop peeling problems on old or new surfaces. Recommended uses: Peel Stop® prevents peeling, blistering, checking, cracking and flaking on wood siding and trim, yellow pine, rough sawn cedar, textured plywood, chalking or powdering, concrete and concrete block, stucco and galvanized gutters.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Thorough surface preparation is very important. Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of dust, dirt, grime, grease, oil, wax, mould, wallpaper adhesive, or any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. If unsure, always wash surface with an appropriate cleaning solution or solvent. Surfaces must be thoroughly scraped and sanded to remove all poorly adhered paint. Lightly sand exposed wood to remove loose fragments. Dull glossy painted areas with sandpaper. Application Requirements- Spot prime areas where paint has been scraped or sanded off. In most cases only one coat is necessary. Excessively porous surfaces may require a second coat.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Stir thoroughly before use.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Apply when air and surface temperatures are between +10° and +32°C and humidity is less than 80%. Lower temperature and higher humidity will prolong dry time of the product. If conditions do not permit prompt drying, allow PEEL STOP to dry overnight before priming or painting. Do not apply PEEL STOP if rain is expected and primer or topcoat cannot be applied before rain occurs.
